Following a long-standing cooperation, ForestWave has taken over all activities and staff of Noordriver Shipping as of 1st of October, 2025. Noordriver Shipping provides competitive brokerage and chartering services with emphasis on the dry bulk, project, and heavy lift cargo markets.
Arranging economic, reliable, and sustainable shipping solutions for their customers, Noordriver works tonnage ranging from shortsea coasters to Ultramax bulk carriers. Noordriver Shipping also handles Rotterdam port agencies.
ForestWave is a full-service maritime and offshore logistics provider. In 2024, an existing commercial partnership with Spliethoff Group turned into a strategic alliance with Spliethoff becoming the company’s majority shareholder.
