After succesful sea trials in week 7, Royal Bodewes has delivered the MV Arklow Racer to Arklow Shipping. The Arklow Racer is the first 6800 DWT vessel in a new series of seven.
The vessel had been launched on 16 December. It is 104.94 metres long, is 15 metres wide and has a moulded depth of 9.5 metres. The vessel’s hold capacity is 310,000 cbft.
The Arklow Rally, Arklow Rambler, Arklow Ranger, Arklow Resolve, Arklow Rose and Arklow Rover will follow at three-month intervals.
