Damen Yachting has launched the second Amels 80 at its main build facility in Vlissingen City. In the coming months, this 80-metre Amels Limited Editions, with a custom exterior colour scheme, will now undergo final outfitting in preparation of delivery later this year.
The launch marks this Amels 80’s first appearance quayside at the Dutch shipyard since arriving for outfitting in August 2024. The second superyacht from the all-new Amels 80 design now showcases its dolphin blue metallic hull, platinum bootstripe and white superstructure.
This second Amels 80 was sold in December 2022 just a few months after the Amels 80 was introduced to the market. It follows in the footsteps of sister yacht Pangea, the first Amels 80, which was delivered in October 2025. Delivery of this Amels 80 is scheduled ahead of this year’s summer Med season.

Pool as skylight
The Amels Limited Editions concept allows for personalisation whilst benefitting from a proven technical build platform and design. With exterior design by Espen Øino International and custom interiors by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, it also carries several special design features including a speakeasy bar with a 60s casino vibe.
This 80-metre superyacht includes all the hallmark Amels 80 signature design features including a spacious sun deck complete with oversized jacuzzi, a beach club that opens on three sides providing direct access to the sea and incorporates a comprehensive wellness and spa area with a gym, hammam and sauna as well as a main deck aft glass-bottomed 6.5-metre pool that serves as a skylight for the beach club below.
