Bachmann electronic GmbH reports that Daniel Pfeifer has been appointed as the new CEO, effective January 1, 2026. He takes over from Bernhard Zangerl, who is leaving the company.

Pfeifer has been with Bachmann electronic since 2021 and is currently responsible for the technical division as Director of Technology. Prior to this, he spent many years in management positions at internationally successful industrial companies, including Doppelmayr Seilbahnen and ESCATEC. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and information technology (Technical University of Munich) and has extensive experience in development, technology management, and international leadership.

Reorganisation of management structure

In his new role, Pfeifer will take over the management areas of technology, sales, application, and marketing. Beat Rünzler, previously Chief Administration Officer, will in future also be responsible for operations. As part of the organisational development, Christoph Bacher and Roman Gächter will be granted general power of attorney.

With this reorganisation, Bachmann electronic is strengthening its management structure and focusing on continuity and the sustainable development of the company.
