The integration of Tijssen Elektro within the Alewijnse Group is entering the next phase. As of 1 January 2026, all administrations of Tijssen Elektro BV will be discontinued, and the business activities will be continued under the name Alewijnse Netherlands BV.
The merging of the Tijssen Elektro entities with the Alewijnse Group marks an important milestone in the integration process between both organisations. Since the acquisition on 1 June 2023, the companies have been joining forces to further strengthen the yachting sector and continue delivering high-quality service to all types of yachts between 30 and 130 metres.

Increasingly complex projects
By combining the entities, Alewijnse believes it will be able to serve its customers in the yacht segment even better. The combined capabilities have expanded, allowing the commpany to develop more innovative solutions for increasingly complex projects. In addition, the processes are expected to run more efficiently, flexibly, and quickly, from a single unified organisation.
The integration means that all activities of Tijssen Elektro BV, Tijssen Elektro AV Systems BV, and Tijssen Elektro Zeeland BV will henceforth be carried out under Alewijnse Netherlands BV.
