Through the acquisition, THB Verhoef wants to expand its maritime footprint in the field of high-quality engine spare parts and maintenance solutions.

The acquisition will enable THB Verhoef to combine its global reach and expertise with Bengi’s strong service reputation and portfolio, into a one-stop-shop concept. Together, the companies will offer customers greater spare parts availability, innovative solutions, and an expanded service network worldwide.
