The construction of the new Kattwyk railway bridge in the Port of Hamburg has entered a new phase.
The pillars are being constructed in the Elbe riverbed. To scoop out the riverbed, professional divers are working at the bottom of the Elbe in a diving bell under a pressure of up to 3 bar. Watch a video about the project below.
