The Veth Integrated L-drive from Veth Propulsion is an extremely compact rudder propeller with an integrated permanent magnet motor. This 360 degree-controlled propulsion system is quiet and has a high efficiency. The system saves space and is prepared for the future of electric sailing. The jury was impressed by the good design, the broad applicability and the way in which market demand was met.

The Maritime Innovation Award winner will be announced at the Maritime Awards Gala on 12 November this year.
