BlueStar, a subsidiary of STAR Group, will take over the activities of RH (Radio Holland) Offshore as of 1 July 2018.
The acquisition consists of the assets and liabilities of RH Offshore, subsidiary of Radio Holland Netherlands BV, as well as its employees.

With this acquisition, BlueStar hopes to reinforce its position in the maritime and offshore industries. According to BlueStar, the war for talent is in full swing and has never been this intense. That is why the company is glad to add RH Offshore's offshore specialists to its team.
RH to Focus on Core Business

STAR Group established BlueStar in January 2018 with the aim of enhancing diversification in the maritime and offshore sectors and giving these sectors the attention they deserved. As of 1 July, RH Offshore will start operating under the BlueStar label.
