Koole Terminals BV intends to acquire Odfjell Terminals (Rotterdam) BV (OTR) and Odfjell Terminals Maritiem BV (OTM) from Odfjell Terminals BV.
The intended acquisition will be subject to customary conditions, including finalisation of the advice procedure with the Koole works council and the OTR works council and regulatory approvals.
OTR
Located at Botlek in the Port of Rotterdam, OTR stores both chemical and mineral oil products and operates a petrochemical distillation (PID) facility which provides independent product distillation services.
