Heesen has landed its first contract in 2018: a full custom 60-metre Fast Displacement steel hulled motoryacht for delivery in 2021.

At 60 metres, YN 19360 – Project Falcon – is the largest steel yacht built by Heesen to date.

Bird's Wing

The exterior lines are by Omega Architects, who have introduced an innovative design feature to embellish the profile: the bird’s wing. This eye-catching multi-faceted shape visually integrates three decks (main, bridge and sundeck) without interfering with the uninterrupted horizontal lines of the glazed windows.

The result is a strong and muscular 60-metre yacht with a Gross Tonnage of 1060 GT. Floor-to-ceiling windows and aft doors coupled with lowered bulwarks ensure panoramic views and plenty of natural light flooding the vast interior.

Particulars

Powered by two MTU 12V4000 M65L diesel engines, Project Falcon will reach a top speed of 17.5 knots, with a range of 4200 nautical miles at 13 knots. The vessel is equipped with a Fast Displacement Hull Form and will be built according to Lloyd’s rules and regulations for the classification of Special Service Craft [+] 100A1 SSC Yacht G6, LMC, UMS.

Sixteen guests can be accommodated in four twin suites on the lower deck, a VIP connected with a twin stateroom and media room on the main deck forward, a VIP amidships on the bridge deck, and a master stateroom on the bridge deck aft equipped with unobstructed 180-degree panoramic views and a private aft terrace with a whirlpool.
