A diverse issue awaits you! This month, the world's largest sailing ketch, the Aquijo, is discussed in detail along with topics such as seagoing vessel's emissions, LNG as a cruise ship fuel, big data and the Maritime Museum's new exhibition "The Offshore Experience".

In addition, we kick off a year in which SWZ Maritime will pay special attention to autonomous shipping and all it entails. In this issue an article on coordinated planning of inland vessels in large seaports, because autonomous shipping will also require changes to port logistics.

Of course, we have also included our regulars: an extra long version of "Maand Maritiem", "Maritieme Markt", Mars Reports, news from the KNVTS and Netherlands Maritime Technology, "Voor u gelezen", book reviews and a new episode of "Knowledge Accumulation". In the latter, Wendy van den Broek-de Bruijn discusses her career, one that not many other people share, as a submarine designer at the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) in the Netherlands.
