Transas and XVR Simulation will expand their maritime training capabilities and deploy common complex projects in the safety and security simulation market.
Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Transas and XVR Simulation are exploring technical integration for a range of specific training needs.
Firefighting
One of the common solutions is an advanced firefighting training solution. It is developed in accordance with the STCW requirements, as this type of training became compulsory for seafarers worldwide.
Apart from firefighting, the companies will also cooperate on: emergency and crisis response training and damage control training on board ships inside a virtual environment.
