The Maritime Awards will celebrate its tenth anniversary this year on 2 November at the former submarine hall at the RDM in Rotterdam.
Over the past ten years, the Maritime Awards Gala has become thé maritime event of the year where the "captains of industry" meet to present five maritime awards: the KNVTS Ship of the Year Award, the KVNR Shipping Award, the Maritime Designer Award (former Wim Timmersprijs), the Maritime Innovation Award and the Dutch Royal Navy’s Van Hengel-Spengler Award.
The Maritime Awards Gala officially kicks-off the Maritime Week 2015, which takes place from 2-7 November. In addition, Europort takes place in Ahoy Rotterdam from 3 to 6 November.
