Starting Friday 3 July, DFDS Seaways will increase its capacity on the Rotterdam-Felixstowe freight route with an additional departure per week in each direction.
DFDS made this decision due to increased demand as well as volume growth. The extra departures are scheduled for Fridays, which means there will then be three round trips on Friday, just as on other days.
Freight Record
The company has already set a new weekly freight record for the route with 66,285 lane metres, equalling approximately 4700 units.
