On 2 November, the eighteenth KNVTS Ship of the Year Award will be presented to the most innovative, (mostly) Dutch built ship at the Maritime Awards Gala. Ships can be entered for this award up to 22 May.
To be eligible for the award, the ship has to be designed and (largely) built in the Netherlands, and has to have been delivered between 1 May 2014 and 30 April 2015. The jury will judge the entries on design, economy, sustainability, safety and building process.
