Royal IHC has integrated four of its business units – IHC Hydrohammer, IHC Handling Systems, IHC Sea Steel and IHC Fundex Equipment – into one new organisation, which will operate under the name IHC IQIP.
Through this merger, IHC wants to combine on- and offshore installation, foundation and decommissioning in the oil and gas, offshore wind, and coastal and civil markets in one organisation.
IHC Hydrohammer designs, builds and supplies hydraulic piling hammers. IHC Handling Systems develops and supplies offshore installation and removal equipment. IHC Sea Steel supplies a wide range of subsea installation and positioning frames. IHC Fundex Equipment designs, manufactures and delivers multifunctional foundation rigs all over the world.
