Royal IHC will sell its subsidiary IHC Sealing Solutions.
The new owners are IHC Sealing Solutions' current CEO Willem Steenge and Rabo Participaties, one of the Rabobank's private equity funds.
IHC has indicated it wants to focus on its core activities: offering innovative ships, advanced equipment and life cycle support in an integrated manner to the dredging, wet mining and offshore markets. The company feels Sealing Solutions' acitivities and goal markets are outside IHC's scope.
IHC Sealing Solutions will continue to be led by CEO Willem Steenge, who has been responsible for the growth and professionalisation of the company over the past fourteen years.
