Registration for the seventh Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference has opened. On 28 & 29 October 2014 Amsterdam will again become the place to be for the international offshore community.

With visitors from over sixty different countries and a proven track record of steady growth since its foundation in 2008, Offshore Energy is a must attend event for all professionals in the international offshore sector.

Continued Growth

The organisation expects to attract over 10,000 visitors from around the world (9,123 in 2013). Over 500 supply chain companies will showcase their products and services. Companies such as Van Oord, Damen, Keppel Verolme, Boskalis, Ulstein, Heerema Group and IHC have booked their stand. More than 80% of the exhibition space has already been sold.

The Future Is in the Water

The conference programme, with this years’ cross-cutting theme “the future is in the water”, offers a platform for discussing key topics and solutions for the offshore community.

On the non-technical side, the conference addresses a topical gap in rules and regulations for offshore service vessels. Offshore Energy will discuss how national governments are trying to define ‘industrial personnel’ and how regulations are being developed within IMO. This session neatly links with the recurring session about new offshore vessels which presents latest in offshore ship concepts, design and construction.

The co-located Offshore WIND Installation and Maintenance Conference offers an overview of wind farm developments, presents innovations in wind farm installation and maintenance and discusses the challenges of grid integration.
