Vitters Shipyard in Zwartsluis has won two World Superyacht Awards. Both sailing yachts delivered last year received a “Golden Neptune” from the jury during an official ceremony at the Dutch Scheepvaartmuseum (the National Maritime Museum) in Amsterdam.
Vitters' 46 m long Ganesha became “Sailing Yacht of the Year” in the 40m+ category. This yacht won due to its combination of a fast design with slender lines, the luxury and spacious interior and the technological innovations on board.
