The KVNR Shipping Award is one of five prizes to be awarded at the Maritime Awards Gala 2014. Ship owners, ship managers and maritime companies located in the Netherlands can now submit their entry for this "ship owners prize".
The KVNR Shipping Award focuses on the improvement or innovation of company management. This can be in the area of human resources, environmental performance, fleet management or other innovative practices. An expert jury led by Ms. Tineke Netelenbos will choose the winner.
Companies that meet the set criteria are invited to enter by sending in an application form at the KVNR. The form has to be submitted by 14 July 2014.
Maritime Awards Gala
The ninth edition of the Maritime Awards Gala takes place Thursday 6 November at the monumental Taets in Zaandam, the Netherlands. At the gala, Dutch innovations are put in the spotlights. Apart from the KVNR Shipping Award, four other awards will be presented: the VNSI Wim Timmersprijs, the KNVTS Ship of the Year Award, the HME Maritime Innovation Award and the Royal Navy Van Hengel-Spengler Award.
