Heinen & Hopman Engineering in the Netherlands has announced a merger with LeBlanc & Associates, LLC.
Located in the city of Houma on the Gulf of Mexico, LeBlanc is active in marine HVAC and refrigeration for the offshore and navy sectors. The subsidiary will continue under the name LeBlanc & Associates LLC.
Through LeBlanc, Heinen & Hopman can offer its products and services to military vessels, large commercial vessels, offshore drilling rigs and platforms in the southern part of the US and across the Gulf of Mexico.
The other US-based member of the Heinen & Hopman group – ARW Maritime – offers services exclusively to super yachts.
