Due to increasing demand for hydrographic research, Geo Plus had ship yard De Haas in Maassluis, the Netherlands, design and build a special survey vessel, the Geo Focus.
The Geo Focus is a hybrid survey vessel that can sail both fast and slow and is available for ROV and AUV support 24 hours a day. In addition to the feature about the ship that appeared in SWZ Maritime's December issue, SWZonline offers some extra pictures of the vessel as well as a video.
