"Maand Maritiem" in SWZ Maritime's December issue reported the delivery of several tug boats as well as heavy lift cargo ship Zhen Hua 29's arrical in the Port of Rotterdam to deliver sixteen pontoons for Damen Shipyards. This news post offers a photo album of the unloading operation as well as TD sheets of the vessels that were delivered.
Arcangel San Miquel and Virgen Del Valle
Damen Song Cam Shipyard has delivered two ASD 2810 tug boats to MMG Tugs, Boats & Barge, the Arcangel San Miquel and the Virgen Del Valle. The tugs replaced the ASD 2810s KTK Tribon and KTK Barakuda in Panama.
RT Ambition
After a 12,400 mile voyage, the RT Ambition arrived in Bremerhaven. The Rotortug was built by ASL Shipyard in Singapore for Kotug.
SL Tiger and SL Serval
Damen Shipyards has delivered two ASD 3212 tugboats to Smit Lamnalco in Nicosia, the SL Tiger and SL Serval. Both ships will be deployed for a new Single Point Mooring contract of the Iraq Crude Oil Expansion Project (ICOEEP).
ZP Boxer and ZP Bulldog
Kotug Rotterdam added two ATD 2412 tugboats to its fleet, the ZP Boxer and ZP Bulldog. The tugs were built by the Vietnamese Song Cam Shipyard, which is associated with Damen.
