Royal Boskalis Westminster has acquired approximately 11.5 million shares in Dockwise in the course of trading on 26 November. This shareholding represents 29 per cent of the shares in Dockwise.
As previously announced, HAL Investments has irrevocably committed to tender its shares in Dockwise under the intended offer, representing approximately 32 per cent of the outstanding ordinary shares.
Boskalis has invited Dockwise to meet at short notice with a view to further discuss the proposed offer in order to come to a transaction that is supported and recommended by the Board of Directors of Dockwise.
UPDATE: Boskalis currently holds a 33.0% stake in Dockwise. As a result, Boskalis is now the largest shareholder in Dockwise. These shares acquired since 26 November were purchased at an average price of EUR 17.04 with a maximum price of EUR 17.20.
