Goof Hamers (CEO, IHC Merwede), Jan-Pieter Klaver (CEO, Heerema Marine Contractors) and other CEOs will discuss the challenges that the Dutch offshore industry faces in realising its full potential during the Offshore Energy Industry Panel on 23 October in Amsterdam.
A Driving Force
The Dutch offshore industry is an international front-runner. The sector adds considerable value to the Dutch economy and has strong potential in generating economic growth. Other confirmed speakers include Gilbert van den Brink (Managing Director, Wintershall), Bram van Mannekes (former Secretary-General, NOGEPA), Frans van Seumeren (Chairman, RollDock, Roll-Lift, Barge Master) and Ruud Zoon (Managing Director GDF SUEZ E&P Nederland). The central theme of the programme is The offshore sector – A driving force of economic growth. Offshore Energy Industry Panel, a new feature of Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (23 & 24 October, Amsterdam RAI), aims to engage representatives from industry, education, government and politics in an open discussion. Deloitte, the Knowledge Partner for the event, will introduce the themes for the panel. Rens de Jong, presenter of BNR Nieuwsradio, will lead the discussion.
Offshore Energy Exhibition
The fastest growing offshore event in Europe, Offshore Energy, consists of an exhibition where over 400 exhibitors will showcase their products ands services to the world's leading experts and decision makers in the upstream oil, gas and energy industry. Conference topics for this year are: North Sea oil and gas, Pushing boundaries in frontier areas and Renewable offshore energy: wind, wave & tidal. The conference programme consists of ticketed sessions and free to attend side events and tailored sessions organised by supply chain companies.
