After a successful event last year, Marin now plans its third Software Seminar. The seminar will be held in Hotel de Nieuwe Wereld at Wageningen on October 4, 2012.
Marin experts and external users of Marin software will present the research institute's available software products by means of presentations and demonstrations. Through this seminar Marin hopes to meet (potential) users and receive feedback, share experiences and define future requirements.
Numerical Studies
This year's seminar will put the spotlight on the complementarity of numerical studies, model tests and simulator trainings. Marin focuses on a platform where the institue and partners share their experience in carrying out complex numerical studies together with the maritime industry. Several new, innovative projects will be presented to sketch upcoming trends in the maritime simulation world.
