Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dockwise White Marlin BV, Dockwise now has control of 80.4 per cent of the outstanding shares of Fairstar Heavy Transport NV. Over the weekend shares were bought from various shareholders including Indofin/Parkland.
Dockwise has agreed the purchase of 17,834,122 shares or twenty per cent in Fairstar, increasing its holdings from 60.4 to 80.4 per cent.
