International risk management company DNV has acquired leading sustainability agency Two Tomorrows Group to further expand its sustainability consulting services.
The announcement comes shortly after DNV acquired 74.3% of the shares of the Dutch energy knowledge company, KEMA, to jointly create the energy consulting, testing and certification company DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability.

Two Tomorrows
Two Tomorrows was established in 2009, following the merger of csrnetwork and SD3. With regional offices in London, Seoul and San Francisco, the agency has supported clients with sustainability and corporate responsibility issues, managing risks and creating value. Its services include strategy, training, reporting and assurance, with expertise in issues as diverse as sustainable sourcing, producer responsibility, carbon strategy, water management, biodiversity, human rights as well as bribery and corruption. The company has established a strong track record in a number of key industry sectors.
Part of DNV KEMA
DNV will now look carefully at the two companies’ strengths to see how to expand operations in Europe, US and Asia. The Two Tomorrows Group will become part of DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability, one of the three companies within the DNV Group.
