After losing its propulsion after a fire in the engine room, cruise ship Costa Allegra has now reached the port of Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles. The ship was towed there by French fishing boat Trevignon. https://www.swzonline.nl/weblog/3[This video contains some footage of the tow].
The fire occurred on Monday, after which the ship lost power. The ship had over 1000 people on board. No casualties have been reported. The ship is owned by Costa Crociere, which also owns the Costa Concordia that capsized last month near the Italian coast.
