Van Oord has acquired the Dutch company of Van Haaften-Van Oord at Werkendam as of 1 January.
The acquisition of the independent company of Van Haaften-Van Oord is in line with Van Oord’s strategy. It will advance the company’s position with respect to dredging projects for creating more room for rivers and for the future Delta Plan.
