Thecla Bodewes, director of Bodewes Shipyards, has been awarded the title Business Woman of the Year 2011. The Veuve Clicquot Award was presented by Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
The Business Woman of the Year Award was first presented in 1972, the year after the company had celebrated its bi-centenary. It is now run in sixteen countries across the world.
