Four companies were nominated for the HME Maritime Innovation Award. At the Maritime Awards Gala yesterday, it was Datema Delfzijl’s ENC-Track who took the award home.
ENC-Track is the first ‘pay as you sail’ electronic chart service in the world. ENC-track reduces costs and increases safety at sea. ENC-Track is a pre-paid ECDIS-system. The shipowner only pays for the charts of the area in which the ship currently finds itself. The system has already proven to be a success as several companies haven already ordered ENC-Track.

– IHC Merwede Parts & Service with the Cutter Special Dredging Pump
– Promac BV with the Slurry Ice installation
– Vstep with Ship Simulator Professional.
