Smit Internationale NV announces that at today’s Supervisory Board meeting it has been decided that Eric Dorhout Mees will step down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board as per September 1st, 2009. His successor is Herman Hazewinkel.
Hazewinkel has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Smit Internationale since May 6th, 2009.
Dorhout Mees will stay as an ordinary member of the Supervisory Board.
