The opening date of The Rotterdam has been delayed again. The ship will now be open to the public in November, according to managing director Willem Smith.
The Rotterdam is the largest ship ever to have been laid down in the Netherlands. The RDM built the ship for the Holland America Line (HAL). The Rotterdam departed on its first journey to New York on 3 September 1959.
