Two engineers have been nominated for the VNSI Timmersprijs. The nomination was announced during the VNSI Timmersprijs’ designer conference on 5 June at Royal Van Lent Shipyard in Kaag.
There were five entries for the award from which the following two were nominated:
•Engineer Albert de Krijger with a design tool to determine the workability of a cutter section dredger
•Engineer Peter de Vos with a fuel cell propulsion system
