The Navingo Maritime & Offshore Career Event 2009 is the largest trade fair for careers, jobs and education in maritime industry. This third edition will take place on 8 April in the Beurs-WTC in Rotterdam.
The 2008 edition had fifty per cent more stands and a total of 2300 visitors. In 2007 there were 1300 visitors. Almost 150 companies and 600 HR managers were present to demonstrate the industry’s career opportunities. Schools and maritime organisations were also present. For this year Navingo expects the same number of exhibitors, but more visitors.
Seminars, Lectures and Demonstrations
This edition has a varied programme. HME organises the seminar ‘Shore Support, Breaking with Traditions’ as part of the project Shore Support. In addition, there are several technical and nautical lectures and several companies give demonstrations.
