During Offshore Energy, it was announced the Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden and the ROC Kop van Noord-Holland will start a new offshore education programme.
The programme is on the level of Higher Vocational Education (Dutch ‘hbo’). Many students will gain practical experience with the many offshore companies in Noord-Holland.
