Royal Arctic Line A/S in Nuuk (Greenland/Denmark) ordered two ice-going container ships for arctic operation at Aker Yards. The total contract value is approximately EUR 80 million.
The ships are especially designed for traffic between ports in Greenland and transatlantic destinations. Delivery by Aker Yards Germany is scheduled in the second and third quarter of 2010.
