Since 2004, FibreMax in Joure has been producing unique, patented synthetic linear applications. These applications are used, among other things, in large on-and-offshore cranes (so-called tether wires), infrastructure applications (guying of Ferris wheels, TV towers, bridges, etc.) and in various Offshore Energy applications (floating wind turbine, wave and tidal energy and at fish farming installations).
In recent years, the floating wind turbine market in particular has boomed with global demand for FibreMax solutions and the possible local production of these.
